bjork is a true force of nature. i don’t love the album, but i will have to spend this week revisiting it. the biophilia songs really grow in the live show, “mutual core” is an entirely different beast altogether. it was a true noise show by the end, with “nattura” and “declare independence” nearly tearing the roof off the place. she sang “possibly maybe” to the tesla coil. and that voice. i have no words to describe just how powerful it was. i was blown away. the whole thing was narrated by david attenborough. it was fantastic.
